We are looking for an aspiring IT Support Engineer to ensure excellent customer experience for Cherry Servers Cloud Infrastructure Services. You will join a small team of talented engineers to monitor, solve and escalate IT problems as they rise.

As a new IT Support Engineer, get ready to:
Communicate with customers via live chat and email in a timely and sympathetic manner
Ensure system uptime and service continuity by monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical issues
Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and developers to troubleshoot complex technical issues
We expect you to have:
Good English skills
The ability to work day / evening / weekend shifts
Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows OS environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
What Would Make You Shine:
Linux or Windows server administration experience
Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python or Go
Basic knowledge of cloud-native computing stack (Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)
