How is bandwidth usage calculated?
Bandwidth usage is calculated across all servers in a single project, combining their individual allowances. The total bandwidth usage is monitored collectively.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit?
If your bandwidth usage exceeds the allocated limit, your bandwidth speed may be throttled, and additional charges could apply. Cherry Servers will send notifications when usage reaches 90% of the allowance to help you manage your bandwidth.
Can I purchase additional bandwidth?
Yes, you can purchase additional bandwidth by ordering extra traffic packages through the Cherry Servers client portal. This allows you to increase your bandwidth limit as needed to accommodate higher usage.
Are there different rates for different locations?
